All, I have a Fairy wrasse that was doing fine and one day I woke up and he seems to be having issues sinking. He has been like this for two days. Also, before I get any comments I am also treating a blue dot jawfish which seems to have gotten a fungal infection due to a cut. So there is furan-2 which is why the color is the way it is. I have read about bladder disease however, I don't seem to think that is the case. But I have also read that constipation can cause this. Does this behavior appear to be from that? Is it possible he injured himself? I am at a loss as to what is causing this and was hoping for some help @Humblefish

A video would be immensely helpful. Being particularly bouyant is often a symptom of swim bladder issues. That flasher wrasse though is difficult to discern much from.

Antibiotics like Furan2 can deplete O2 levels in a tank. Do you have a powerhead aimed up to the surface rippling the water to enhance oxygenation?

Powerheads create far more O2 mixing than airstones.

It’s hard to tell without seeing how the fish tries to swim down. It’s possible it’s a swimbladder issue but it would be more helpful if we could see the fish trying to swim
Looks like stress behavior to me. Agree that more footage of the fish swimming is needed to attempt a diagnosis. Is the fish eating? What does it do after lights out?
This guy looks as though he may be "piping" - trying to pull oxygen from the thin layer of water right at the surface. The antibiotics probably aren't helping, but he might also have something compromising his gills; flukes, ich and velvet can all do that to a fish.

The fish is eating when the lights are out I have no idea where this guy hides in a QT but I can't seem to ever find him. I am guessing in one of the pipes. I put in a powerhead this morning per @Big G 's suggestion so that may fix it buy adding more oxygen. I will post more video's when I get home and let you know how he is doing. Fingers crossed the power head was all that was needed.
@Maritimer I have Prazipro but was told by @Humblefish not to dose that with antibiotics. Can I do a dipping bath with this?
That wouldn't be ideal - but take a look at this video: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/video-how-to-do-a-freshwater-dip.286639/#post-3487082 , and consider whether a freshwater dip might be worthwhile. Should remove many - though not all - flukes, and would provide temporary relief for velvet as well.

So I did a fresh water dip. I saw maybe two flukes but I did see something that looked like clear worms come out of his mouth. Anyway looks like he isn't hanging out at the top of the tank anymore. I will keep you all posted.
