Fairy Wrasse White Spot

I noticed a few spots on my Fairy Wrasse today. Just showed up this morning. It looks like he may have been scraped against a rock or something. None of the other fish in the tank are aggressive at all. I wanted to get a second opinion and make sure this wasn't some sort of disease.

How long have you had the wrasse? Did it go through any quarantine?

I've had him for about a week. The store I got him from does a 14 day qt with copper, I believe.

He looks totally back to normal! Must have just scraped himself on a rock or something.
