so im going to have to leave my tank fallow after a disease outbreak killed all my fish for 76 days, I still have corals, 2 crabs, some hermits and a cleaner shrimp. my questions are will I need to add any new bacteria near the end of the 76 days and should I still be running my skimmer?

Personally I have never ran a fallow tank but if you have anything living in there you should still be feeding small amounts and that will keep bacteria at good levels. Just take it slow when introducing new fish

ok, ordered a UV sterilizer also, hopefully this will be beneficial for my fallow period as well.

You can put on the UV but it wont make a difference for the corals and inverts. Assume you are going fallow to break the ich cycle, that just takes TIME....
As for feeding, I would make sure the corals are still getting fed and the inverts will prob be fine with leftovers and existing algae. More or less food won't shorten the fallow period.
