No, not my wife's pregnancy test, we're done with those.

I'm using the API test kit and, with two different test kits, the ammonia reads at .5. Nitrites is 0 and Nitrates are at 10.

So, is it possible that the test kits are giving me a false positive on the ammonia?

In the tank now is about 25lbs of LR and one yellow tail damsel, about 1.5" long. I feed 3-4 pellets twice a day and watch the little fella eat two before I have to turn my attention to my children.

Filtration is a Fluval 405 can and I have a Hydor reef kit 600, 2 power heads, going.

Anything is possible, but test daily and see what you get. You could also bring a sample to your LFS if you want an answer more quickly.

Would there be any need for concern? If it doesn't go up, according to my test kits, should I worry about it?
