I would guess that the big box bookstores would have them ... Borders or Barnes and Noble.

I need to purchase a copy myself when I get back home from Canada this week. Gary showed me his copy on Saturday.

Better yet, one can purchase a subscription to the magazine as well and support the hobby!

The March issue is still showing and not the April one Gary is featured in. There is a Suscribe area on the Right toolbar:
