Fan Location for equipment cabinet?

I just purchased 2 4 inch fans or my equipment cabinet. Should I set them up so they blow air in or pull the air out of the cabinet?

I blow mine in, but I’m not sure if there’s a best way to do it. I keep my windows open a lot mainly for my tank and skimmer to get fresh air.
