Fan worm

A handful of these guys started showing up a few days ago in my 9 month old tank. They appear to be clear and are (so far) tiny. Should I be concerned?

Filter feeders; add diversity and interest. Good find

They get big and are pretty when they’re larger. I left them grow all over my tanks and they don’t bother anyone.
