Tomorrow I'm tearing the entire tank down and sending it and all its inhabitants off to thrive elsewhere. While I've not been very engaged in the club during my most recent foray into the hobby I have met a few new people and have enjoyed the experience. There is a remote possibility I'll get back in at some point but if I do so I'm thinking it will be in the form of a specimen anemone and a harem of clownfish; something I've contemplated for a long time. However, at this point it just is no longer a priority for me.

Thus, you won't likely see me on this forum much but some people in the club still have my contact information if anything comes up that you think I can assist with. I wish all of you success and my only real regret is that I didn't have time to get to know more of you better in the last year or two. Stay salty!

I'm sure it'll be bitter sweet saying good bye to your beautiful tank. Wishing you and Barb all the best .

Wishing you and Barb the very best Dave. You're one of the most skilled and experienced SPS folks I know. Thanks.

Thank you. I think the new caretaker will be pleased. My only wish is that, should a named coral be part of the "spoils", that the new owner give it a name that honors my wife.

Good luck Dave - I wish you and Barb the best. I got some of my first sps frags from you and I still have a few of them today. Your tanks are always impressive as well as your knowledge of reef keeping. Good luck and keep in touch.

I didn`t get the spoils;) but I would be pleased to call my purchase from you Barbara`s Lokani to honor your wife and thank you Dave for everything and I will be praying for you and Barb for a good outcome.

Thanks, all. We will be fine I'm certain as we're quite blessed. KJ, Barbara's lokani doesn't sound too captivating; how about something like 'ligo lokani to bring awareness to her disease (oligodendroglioma). Kinda has a better ring anyway LOL.

Blessings Dave to you and your precious wife!
