It's been 10 days since I last measured my alk. 7.4 dKh... today 7.5 dKh! Woohoo! [emoji7]

Tank is ready for my +1 in March and the ensuing neglect that will follow.

-Parker Veriflo DUAL STAGE stainless body
-Hoke 1335 series needle valve, stainless
-Burkett 6011 Stainless Solenoid Valve
-Stainless long nipple for connecting to any standard C02 tank

All stainless fittings. Every part was brand new in sealed packaging except the body which was new old stock.

No problem. FWIW, I think the above is overkill but if you have the money, then definitely go this route.

Otherwise, I ran my CaRXs just fine over the years using cheap Milwaukee regulators and also the Planted Tanks Aquarium CO2 Doser.

Oh yes! It's about the truest yellow I've seen in a reef tank but it's not as purple as it looks in pictures. I just love the growth pattern on it.

Made an update video now that I've cleared my sandbed out finally.

I also wanted to document the tank before I started fragging up all my pieces. I figure this is a good time to move around colonies as well and fill in the giant holes left by removing the screaming green birdsnest and purple stylo mega-colonies. Wish me luck!

Thank you! That's a meteor shower cyphastrea that has taken over an entire rock.

So, lots of small updates that I hadn't gotten a chance to post about.

Got my 3 purple queen anthias from Gig'em, the QT extraordinaire. They are all eating and have been added to the tank.

I also had a wonderful gift from a client that bought me a flame wrasse as a thank you gift. When I went to pick it up, I saw this gorgeous blue star leopard wrasse and picked that up as well.

The exquisite wrasse decided to try to mate with all the purple queens and was banished. He did look amazing when flashing all the brilliant colors though.

The Achilles tang experiment may be over soon. No matter what size UV sterilizer, having as many fish as I do is not going to work with keeping an Achilles as the ich gets worst every day. I caught him out and will treat him for ich for the next person who wants to try to run ich free. The powder blue may be shortly behind but he's handling it better than the Achilles so I'll keep him for now.

Oh, and these guys came out of nowhere as well. [emoji6]
