FarmerTy's 215-gallon SPS Tank

With a momma anemone like that one, I don't think you have to call little spoon. :D

That's a recycled pic. I was hoping nobody paid attention... I've posted it once before. [emoji17]

That's under blues. I know you're a white light guy.

Still looks great! I’m kinda more on the white light side. I love blue as it’s my favorite color, but I feel like when a tank is too blue you really can’t see the coral well. I like a balanced blue/purple/white color. :-)

RR Angry birds - had this frag forever and its sad too because all Tenuis hate my tank the last couple months but have all been rebounding. All started with the high TDS topoff water debacle. Its nice to see improvement again. @bubbaque ... It's isn't pretty right now bud but at least alive!

Unnamed Pink Mille - This thing has been growing gangbusters and the pink is coming in very nicely.

Interestingly, here's a frag that's been sitting under Radion G4 Pros the last couple of weeks. Kind of cheating though because you can actually see polyps on the frag since there are no angels in the frag tank. But that green coming in is interesting.

They all look pretty healthy though. I had the AB a while ago but somehow it got knocked off my rock work to never be seen again. I ordered another frag and should get it on the 11th.

They didn't even look that way 2 weeks ago. All my tenuis except for 2 have super thin skin and no polyps. Just recently have they looked more recovered.

It's always a great feeling when things start to recover.

Heck yeah it is! Screw the bounce! Tenuis are coming back! I don't need you anymore mushroom! [emoji16]

Rainbow night... Only because I showed my son his first rainbow today... Like real one folks... Not rainbow coral.

AquaSD Rainbow - got a slightly closer shot this time. Still under whites... 14k.

VividAquariums Rainbow Delight - uphill battle to ever color up to full potential but I feel like I'm slowly getting there.

RR Rainbow Blossum - I'd say color-wise, this is one of the best in the tank for how vivid it is and the multitude of colors. I couldn't imagine a whole colony of this! True centerpiece coral potential! Again, this is under whites... Not actinic!

Meteor shower cyphastrea - An old classic... Sometimes... You forget the amazing beauty of them which gave them a classic status in the first place. Maybe just seeing them in the macro focus we put lots of frags these days can help remind us what was attractive about them in the first place now that it is considered more common.

Good to see your corals are slowly "bouncing" back! ;)
Oh no! You mentioned the scooter! [emoji23]

Oddly, it was really only the tenuis acros that felt the pain. Most of the rest were unaffected. Would love to know what in my high TDS water had this effect.

If only Bounce mushrooms multiplies like aiptasia then we would all be very happy campers right? ;) I've seen many (lfs & private collectors) but have yet to call one my own. :(

Also, quick fish update. I know, it's shocking... But there are fish actually in the tank.

I've decided to remove the Scribbled angel to make room for some newer additions.

My 3 bimaculatus anthias slowly died off 1 by 1 so I'm restocking with 7 and aiming to feed frozen at least 2x/day consistently and see if that helps survivability.

I'm also adding two female semifasciatus angels (Japanese masked) in hopes that one turns male and looks like this!

Lastly, got my hands on a black tang finally! Someone is selling it semi-locally and I'll have it in my hands this weekend! So exciting!

Congrats on your new addition hope one of them will change into a beautiful male . but i guess it will take some time for the change to happen.

You know us reefers... If it did... We'd be bored with it and all want something else. [emoji23]
