Fast growth?

How much do your corals grow in a year? Some of mine have tripled in size and others are gone because they grew even faster.
Here is a picture from one year ago today, and the second from today. I actually like the skyline from my recliner better in the first picture..

Beautiful tank and the growth is amazing! Besides the obvious stability, what would be some things you picked along the way for good growth?

I use Instant ocean or Reef cyrstals. Whichever is on sale when I buy a few boxes more. Do 10% twice a month WC's. Run a calcium reactor with mostly recycled media. Use ozone a few hours a day for water clarity. Dose Acro Power daily, dose BENEREEF a couple times a week and feed heavy with pellets, nori and my own home made food.

How low do you keep phosphates and nitrates? Its a very debatable topic with some saying go low as possible and others getting RTN and STN because levels are too low, I would love to hear what led to your success.

I havent tested for nitrates and phosphates in years. I grow plenty of algae so have to assume there are phosphates.
