Fast QT tank

Hey guys, I need to setup a QT ASAP. I want to know would it be fine to use a clear rubbermaid bin with a HOB filter? Also what's a good Thing to add to the tank to immediately cycle?

Rubbermaid bin acceptable, aeration, water movement, method of filtration somewhat a challenge trying to hang a filter but canister unit would work, heater and liquid bacteria and hiding spots
