I’ve had this guy/gal (we’ll say guy since I named him Jeff) for over a year. Beginning to mid July 2019 was a year.

Anyway his name is Jeff but we spell it Jefe.

He is the most dominant fish in the tank. Strange considering there is a Humu trigger, Harlequin Tusk, and pinkface wrasse in with him.

I was using the Wyze cam a little while ago and caught a head on shot showing just how thick this fish is and thought I’d share.

It always make me smile when they are fat and happy!

another cool thing about this fish is he eats Cyanobacteria. Never have read of a fish doing this but he sure does. There used to be a small patch in the front left sand bed and he would constantly graze over it. That stage of the uglies has past but now I get a little on his algae clip on the non clip side and he is always picking it off.

Anyone else have a fish that eats cyano?
