Anyone recommend a higher fat frozen food?

I feel I’m mainly feeding protein... octopus, squid, prawn, scallops, brine, and cyclops, I’m thinking I need to add a higher fat source?

Squid is considered a high protein food? From my readings, it seems like it's considered a far fattier food.

Baby brine shrimp work, since once they hatch they're reliant on their HUFA stores to get them to the next stage of development.

Why do you think you need to add a source with a higher fat content?

I’ll check out squid, I just assumed it was mainly protein by the look... Edit yes looks like it’s mainly a protein source, low in fat.

I’ve seem a couple of vids on the subject, think 1 was by BRS saying a good food is one high in both protein and fat?

Is there a brand of frozen that sell baby brine?
