So is anyone heard that if one of your readings in your tank is at such a high level it'll throw off the other readings for example if you have a really high magnesium level your dkh won't read correctly on your tests

I don't believe this is generally a concern if the readings are within the range that reefers encounter.

What specific levels are you concerned about? 1800 ppm magnesium is not going to cause a faulty alk reading. 100,000 ppm might.
