Fauna marin Balling light help

Hi guys. I'm new here and I need help please. I have some fauna marin balling light supplements and I need some help with dosing.

I mixed up the supplements as per fauna Marin's website (I only have 500g, so I mixed up 1 litre worth of supplements).

My tank levels are as follow:

500 litres
Alkalinity 6.4
Magnesium 1040
Calcium 310

Going off the calculations, I need to dose 2800ml of the magnesium mixture! This seems like such a lot. Do other supplements need significantly higher magnesium?

Calcium I need to dose 522ml
Alkalinity I need to dose 160ml

Is this correct?

Why are your levels so low? What are you using for salt, what's your salinity and how old is the tank?

I have about 20 fluffy morphs and 5 anemones and 5 hard SPS frags (newly acquired) and have never dosed. I have been doing weekly water changes with aquaone salt (not good). Being 500 litres, i change 75 litres a week. tank was running in another state for 5 years, then moved and has been running in its current location for 3 years. I tested the Aquaone salt and the levels were what are in my tank. This stuff varies from bucket to bucket. I had a bucket with alk off the charts once. Its basically free for me, that's why I use it.

I have added supplements over the past few days and the tank is as below:

Cal 380
Mag 1080 still
Alk6.3
salinity 1.025

I have added a bit of calcium last night and will test this evening. i also added some alkalinity. I am going to go buy more magnesuim (aquaforest) as I added the whole litre to my drum for water changes and then added it to the tank that way. and as you can see, the tanks magnesium did not come up at all.

Calcium is better but your alkalinity and magnesium levels need raising. What are you using for test kits?

i am using red sea test kit for magnesium and calcium. hanna for the rest.

My soft fluffy morphs are small dinner plate size some of them, would this explain the very low magnesium? I also have about 30 actually haha.
