Fauna Marin ICP USA shipping address

I would like to help inform others so they don't make the same mistake I did.
I recently sent off my Fauna Marin ICP MS test to the address given to me on their shipping label. I wondered why I haven't heard anything back from Fauna Marin even though I entered my sample number and USPS tracking showed my package arrived at the US address.

Now I am trying to figure out who I can contact to see what may have happened to my sample. On top of that, I paid an extra $5 euro to have the new carbon test done.

If anyone have suggestion, I would greatly appreciate it.

On their main home page: https://lab.faunamarin.de/en

They post the address all ICP test should be sent off to.

I sent it to the Texas address... I did not post it here to confuse people

The Texas address still receives samples from what I know, however, from other posts from Fauna Marin, the Slidell is quicker.

It took two weeks but I got a notice from Fauna Marin saying they got my sample.
