Fauna Marin T5 eight bulb - more questions

Hi and thanks for all of the help already with this. I am not sure how much more you guys can help but I thought I'd give it a try. The light has some trouble firing up. Yesterday almost no problem. Today one side lit then the other. Usually the backs light fine after a few tries. This is an 8 bulb unit. I have four bulbs working. I replaced ten of the 16 tombstones. Short of sending this to an electrician I thought I'd ask if you guys have any more tips. The leds were working but quit. I ordered a new led driver but still waiting. The fans are running. It has not trouble staying lit once it turns on. It does not flicker at all. If I never shut it off it would run until the bulbs blew out. I just have trouble lighting it. Some days are easier. I have a multimeter but am not experienced in electrical. When trying to start is the trouble. Today they alternated which is new.
