Hi, I am considering moving to the zeolight method but have some questions:

1- is the product dosage based on aquarium volume or total system (aquarium +refugium);

2- should I use Reef Vitality alone or combined with coral balance

3- would the following regime work? I work abroad during the week so cannot shake the stones every 2 days

Hi,

1- is the product dosage based on aquarium volume or total system (aquarium +refugium);
You must take into account the total system volume.

2- should I use Reef Vitality alone or combined with coral balance
You can use Reef Vitality alone if you wish at the normal dose OR you can dose RV and CB together at 50% of the recommended dose. Adding both will provide even better coloration and growth than if you were to use only one of these products.

3- would the following regime work? I work abroad during the week so cannot shake the stones every 2 days
Yes, that schedule looks good.

As a follow up: I currently have about 7-10 liters of Seachem Matrix media in my sump and have zero Nitrates and 0,012 phosphates (Hanna Phosphorus Ultra Low range) so the question would be: can I start with the rest of the products without the zeolites and zeolite reactor?
