I have few acans and favia's that are slowly receding. I added a lepto i picked up from a frag swap about a month ago and threw it in the tank without dipping for reasons of either leaving it a bag for a day or taking a chance of putting it in display. Well that lepto receded away within 36hrs. Few days later all surrounding LPS have showed some signs. Its not rapid but i can see the tissue getting grey and it can be blown off. I did a full on iodine dip last night on 4 dif acans. I have a platy and 2 favias that need the same. They are attached to rock so i have to work that out as well. My question is how often should i dip. Should i dip again tonight for the acans or wait til i see how it turns out? It seems i should dip every night for few days as long as they dont get stressed, right? Any help or thoughts or alternative methods would be appreciated. Thanks
