That's not destroyed mine withdraw like that when I leave my whole tank drained for half an hour

Destroyed is white bone skeleton that's just withdrawn and still purple

Show other frags that have added mass, growth or new polyps in that system in order to learn details about that one

I do not drain my tank
I put it inside my tank and in the next day I found it like that

The tank is 8 months old
100 lit main tank
35 lit sub
Salinity 1026
pH 8,3
KH 7,7

NO2 0
NO3 25
PO4 0
Ca 410
Mg 1410
Your parameters look good. Nitrates are a little high. Less than 10 nitrates is what you want.

Any coral next to it that could maybe sting it? Any algae present?

I'll bet on too much light. All of the favia I have took awhile to accomodate to higher lighting. Place it lower.

I don't suppose you have a Peppermint shrimp in the tank do you? These have been known to pick at various corals.
