So it's been around 6 days my favia is looking like this. It stayed like that after I tryed to feed it with a pippete some reef snow(brightwell). The favia is around 2 months old in the tank. Perhaps I damaged the coral?

Lighting : 2 T5's bulbs - 79 watts in total)

Placement: in the middle section

Parameters are all stable :
Salinity 1024
Nitrates 5
Phosphates around 0.50 every time
Alk 8
Calcium 440

You are good, just don't poke it too much. They grow better when left undisturbed like any other coral.
