I have never had anything but softies before, but just got these two frags as freebies. They are about 3/4 to 1" each. How far do I need to keep them from other corals and will they hurt each other if too close together?

Favites lower third under moderate light and water flow
Platy- lower half

salinity 1.025
Ph 8.1-8.3
Temperature 77-79
Alk 8-9
Nitrate. < .4

if they are small maybe 3 inches away from other things to start. I keep my tiny brains about 3 to 6 inches away from other things, but I remember my grapefruit sized platy putting out sweepers that were 4 inches or more.

Just keep an eye on other corals to see if they are retracted from being stung after a few nights.

Thanks!
