Hello everybody, I am curious what your favorite corals are from experience and even your least favorites.

Favourites are moseleya, pectinia and platygyra. Least Favourite would be wild caught lobophyllia, beautiful colors but riddled with parasites

my least favorite are the weed type corals. My favorite are the slow growers.

I'm rather fond of that group of favites, usually called favias, that tend to melt over the rockwork. Spicy lemon favites, skittles favites, those lovelies. Also very partial to whatever species of micromussa the Holy Grail is.

Is their a way to remove 100 percent of the parasites from a wild caught lobophyllia?
It's a high risk manuver, as the main one are burrowing clams that bore holes throughout the skeleton, sometimes you don't even spot them until it's too late.

Favorite corals hands down: scolys, meat coral, and those crazy color lobo's.

I would never put GSP, Green polpys, or xenia in any tank again.
