Favorite gyre setting

This topic has been talked about before, but what's your favorite gyre setting?

I had mine on alternating gyre but I felt the detritus wasn't getting kicked up enough in certain areas, unless I cranked them which would be bad for lps

I'm currently trying ltc and I'm still unsure about it. Ocg seems interesting but I'm afraid having the motors constantly go in reverse will reduce their lifetime.

What do you use??
