Favorite large angelfish

which angelfish is your favorite & why?

Have you mixed this fish with other angels large or small?

would you keep it in a 125?

Res Sea Regal angel. Such vibrant colors! I would keep a juvenile (1" to 3") in a 125, but not an adult.

I agree with Pygoplites diacanthus but maybe thats more a medium angelfish. Second would be Pomacanthus navarchus. Third maybe Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis.

I kept the majestic prior, great looking fish. it lived in a 90 until I added a bunch of tangs in my naivete, years ago. probably a good alternative to emperor or blueface.

Keep a queen, emperor, and a pair of blue lines together and wouldn’t dream of keeping them in a 125 lol.

yeah, that would be a little tight and like a ticking timebomb but they might fit w/ a shoehorn and crowbar.
