You need to really look at the return policy of some of these places, before you decide to buy. Some of them sell things that you can't return if you opened the box. I started with Marine Depot and that quickly ended when they wouldn't take a return on Tunze protein skimmer that I had for all of one day before I decided to return it.

Oops... I meant Premium Aquatics.
BRS is where I have ordered roughly $3,000+ worth of equipment and have been happy with every purchase. Even if they don’t offer the best deal, I’ll be glad to pay a little extra to order through them. Everything they do for the hobby makes it worth it in my opinion. The knowledge I’ve recieved by watching their videos is priceless.
One time they forgot to include one piece of my order (a reeflink) so I called and they shipped it to me in two days no questions asked. Plus their reward points program helps out as well.

AquaCave is a Horrible company to deal with. I placed my order on 12/25/18 and never received it. Per tracking information from USPS - it was delivered. I contacted Aquacave to inform them that I never received my order even though the tracking information says it was delivered. I informed Aquacave that i have a ring doorbell and no one came to my house the date that USPS says the package was delivered. Aquacave says they will contact USPS to put a trace on the package but it will take at least 3 weeks to complete. I waited and waited and did not hear anything back from Aquacave. Then after a 3 months Aquacave stated i need to open a ticket with my local police department about the package being stolen or lost. I did a police report and gave Aquacave the ticket # and everything. Then Aquacave after almost 4 months of waiting responded and said their is nothing they can do since the tracking information says it was delivered. UNLESS you want to spend your hard working $ and not get your item then do not buy anything from this company. They have terrible service and do not care about their customers. I am not stuck paying for an item that i have not received. STAY AWAY FROM AQUACAVE. Terrible company and terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers!!
