Whats your favourite beginner Fish every Tank should have?

With the exception of clownfish, the rest of the choices include both beginner and expert level fish as those groups are pretty broad. It might be more helpful if you specified which particular fish you were looking at. A tang is unlikely to ever be a good beginner fish.
