Have anyone seen anything like this? The zoas aren't really being affected..

That looks like bryopsis. Kinda difficult to get rid of. Is it only on the one frag?

It’s up to you. If you want to try dipping in peroxide, that may help but I’m not sure zoas like the peroxide either. I would try to remove as much as I could, with the frag out of the tank and then try peroxide

Fill a cup with tank water and dip the coral with 1 or 2 cap ful of peroxide should kill it. Nip it now
