Feather duster? Anemone? Looks like neither...

Need ID on these.. They popped out of nowhere, just noticed tonight. It's the black anemone like thing with white tips. Sorry the pictures are not great, taken on my phone.

Pics I can't really tell but look up majono anemones and aptaisia...both are pests.
 
I don't think its a ball anemone because the tips are just as thin as its tentacles. However, it could be that it hasn't grown the bulbs on the tips yet? I'll have to keep watching.
 
Do they appear to have any skeleton at base? Hard to tell from pics, but google "hidden cup coral" and see if that strikes any resemblance.
 
There's no skeletal structure, just white threads coming out of the rock. The threads also have some tiny hairs on them. Maybe it's digitate hydroids?
 
Maybe a sea cucmber? I seem to remember there being some kind of sessile one that lives in rock, but I could be wrong. Do they retract at all?
 
I haven't seen it retract. It's always out swaying in the flow.
