feather duster is excreting a white liquid

So my feather duster is excreting a white liquid, it almost looks like smoke...What is it? Should I be worried? IMG_7711.jpeg

Yes… brittle starfish, snails, eventually all life living in your tank will.
 
Looks too stringy to be spawning to me, but I can't say for sure. Any change in feeding/water quality recently?
 
At a guess just pooing or weeing, they have to sometimes and it looks wierd to us.

As long as calculus shell is intact, it Will grow nicely, try not to overfeed though, this also causes them to expell
 
I'm not sure either, but it could be spawning. The link below has some pics of different species spawning that you can compare against (finding pics of these guys spawning is surprisingly difficult):
 
Why not, have you seen something different
Idk I new to marine hobby and this is my first feather duster , I have seen him pooping but not anything like this

I just did a 20%WC after that only I noticed this
