Feather duster on my turbo?

I think I have some kind of feather duster growing on my turbo. It has a white tube with orange/red feathers... assuming is harmless? Can anyone confirm? Pretty cool if so.

If you're sure it's a feather duster then it should be pretty harmless. Pretty cool though!

In my opinion it looks like a feather duster to me. Just keep an eye on it though, there's always a change I could be wrong.
