Feather duster on snail

I have one beautiful feather duster in my tank for about a month. Today I noticed what looks like a tiny feather duster on my snail.

Spiribid worms
Possible baby trouchus or even a slipper limpet ?
And thing at top of shell can't work out but sorta looks like could be vermitted snail but only a guess but could be base of feather duster/ tube worm or another feather duster who knows

I'm still learning here. Which part is the spiribid worms? And are they bad or just a common hitchhiker?

There a common hitch hiker and shouldnt harm anything .it's the middle arrow ,the little white spiral things
