Feather duster or aptasia?

So just zoning off looking at the tank i thought this pic(sorry for quality) was aptasia. I was trying to remove it manually but it retracted...then mins later it came back....definitely not aptasia right? Any advice is appreciated.

Kill it, or hire something to kill it. Any pieces not totally removed or destroyed will grow into new ones.

Little research will show there are a few ways to deal with them .. # glad I’m not infested!
