Hello! Just started my tank and got some live rock from a trusted LFS and was wondering what these are? I have them scattered all over this piece of live rock they're a tube shape at the base and some of them are having a single white strand coming out of them. They seem to pop out and go back in quite a bit. Didn't see any of these alive at the store so was wondering if anyone knew what they were! Thanks!

Hard to tell with the quality of picture but I think that's a feather duster .
Had three thin white tentacles, this one is the only one i've seen with multiple. The others are just single milky white colored strands sticking out of these pods.
Might have to try getting a better pic but here's another angle
