Feather duster worm?

I noticed this strange thing I thought it was a newborn aiptasia, but it's not, it's spiky but looks like it has feathers, so definitely feather duster worm, are they good?

Oh yea it is. I got a gazillion. Mine are more tan. I've got a little red one like that in my 75 gal.
