feather duster

I went on vacation for a week and when I got back my feather duster look like this is there any hope for it Will it "feathers" grow back,, I can't imagine what happened I was gone for a week and my neighbor was taking care of the tank for me it must have been one of my crabs,,or the coral banded shrimp I don't know

Certain livestock are known to eat feather dusters, could be that or it might need some more feedings.
