Is his a tiny feather duster or some pest I need to try and get rid of?

If it is more gelatinous, it is probably a ball anemone or maybe aiptasia. Feather dusters usually have feather like tentacles. Those look gooey (for lack of better term)

Edit: I saw the tube, but was not sure from pic whether it is coming out of tube or next to it. Can you tell if it retracts to tube?

I noticed it because when I moved, it retracted like my feather duster, just translucent no color.

Just looks like it has a stalk behind the tube. If it is going in the tube, it is a tube worm, no biggie. If it is truly behing the tube, it is a ball nem (no biggie) or aiptasia (get out). Sorry, hard to tell.

I think that’s a feather duster. I have a ton of those in my tank. Look just like yours but a little bigger.
