Feather duster?

Hey everyone,

Do you think these are feather dusters? To me they look like it, but just confirming. Haven’t added anything in this tank in over 2 months. They’re definitely coming from the white tubes on the rock.

It seems to me they do have the red lines on the feathers indicating that they’re feather dusters.

Actually classified as Tube Worms, because it actually is a worm in a tube. The feathery crown catches particulates in the water, like most filter feeders. These can spread quickly, but don't cause any real issues. These are reef safe however

There’s are millions of these in my tank. No issues at all. You’ll get lucky every now and then and get one of the big varieties hitchhike into there with them too. I’ve got a huge Hawaiian one that came in on a coral plug as a larva.
