Feather duster??

Hi all,

I believe these are feather dusters, can someone confirm. Also, should I be concerned both my bottom sump and rear sump are loaded with them? They seem to be multiplying at a fast rate.

Not sure the exact species but yes. Feather dusters. I have some in my tank
