This just showed up a few days ago, my flash was on auto and when it went off in the first picture it darted inside the tube looking thing. Not worried, just curious.

Tube worm is another name for feather duster, and any filter-feeding animal that turns up is harmless due to its inability to eat your corals.

Awesome! Thanks
. do you happen to know what this could be? They are all over the back of my tank. Trying to learn as much as I can!

Sadly, the taxidermy on the critter could be of a thousand species. They just get food out of the water column. Small particles to be exact. They are not predators at all. Just a filter feeder.

Those look like pineapple sponge. Another filter feeder that will pass as the system matures, or they will live in cryptic zones.

That second critter is a pineapple sponge. They're harmless, but you might see a lot of them around as your tank tries to find a balance.
