Does anyone know if this is a feather duster or something else? It appears to be an orangish feather type that comes out of the a white tube. How big will this get?

It is a tube worm of some sort. ID would require a much clearer and closer photo for certainty. It would not be identified as a Featherduster as they produce a soft tube.

Look up Sabellid Featherduster worm, I've got a bunch of them myself. If you want to get rid of it a drop of superglue on the opening of the tube will kill it.

As for how big it gets mine seem to be slowing down their growth at about 2-3cm fan diameter. (no clue if it'll stop)
