Feather dusters

Is there such a thing as having to many feather dusters. I have a crap load. These are my 2 overflows. 450 gallon tank.

I dont think that's a bad thing. Maybe if they're obscuring your view of something important.
 
I don’t think they are feather dusters. I believe they are spiroid worms.

I had so many in my overflow I scooped them out by the handful. Kinda fun scraping the, off the glass. They are harmless filte teeders.
 
If they get really bad, some peppermint shrimp will eat them. I had those little white feather duster showing up all over my tank and got a pair and they are eliminating them nicely.
 
Not sure they are feather dusters..dont see the "feathers" popping out. I have some of these tube type worms, they dont seem to cause any issues. I look at these kind of critters as additional filtration.
