Feather, Hydroids, or Hair algae?

Really don’t think it’s hair algae. I have a hawk eye and notice like 20 or so hands sticking up on my rock. Looks like someone reaching from hell, lol. First though was feather works but anyone else have any ideas? I would give better pictures but I don’t think it’s getting better than these at 15x magnification lol!

If it's got a tube going to the feathery part, I would say small feather duster, otherwise hydroid. You can find some small feather dusters with bright white tubes, and the sort of ridge/edge right below of it looks a little like, but I think hydroid is pretty likely unless there's an obvious tube built.

You know, it could even be a polyp of something.... but that rock looks really new, so hydroids are going to be the ones to colonize things that early.
