Feather like thing on/my trachy

So I bought a trachy from a show a while back and dippedal it and placed it in my tank. Last month I moved it forward a bit in the tank and it opened up bigger than before. A couple days ago I fed the trachy and it ate well however the next day I noticed some strange white marks on the rim I figured it was munched on by a hermit crab and so I moved them to the sump. Now I see a couple feather like things stretch and contract from my trachy but are not it's feeders. Did I get some parasite in my trachy? Should I worry about my other lps?

Here is a kinda lame photo it is on the top of the trachy it still seems to open well.

That looks like it! Is it bad what should I do? The trachy seems to still open huge everyday I don't want it to spread but I don't want to put it through stress that could damage it
