Nothing to worry about. Could be a type of anemone or type of tube worm. I have a few that look similar.

Good news! It does not look like aptasia. I am no expert but based on pictures of aptasia it doesn’t really look like it. As long as it is not bothers your coral or fish I am guessing you should be fine. I would recommend taking a more focused photo like others said, then a person with more knowledge than me can better identify it. But slim to none chance that it is. Compare it to photos.

Don't think aiptasia or other anemone for that matter. Hard to tell from photo but pretty sure I see feathers on the tentacles so likely some sort of tube worm.
