Featherdusters?

We are currently running our tank fallow because of a possible ick outbreak and noticed these new organisms in our sump. We have dipped everything and gave only added copepeds. Are these large copepodes, feather dusters? Not too sure is this is something for concern.

Snapped immediate as I tried to removed with tweezers hopefully one will appear again so I can get a better picture
