Are others allowed to come to your meetings? Do you charge membership or just get together? I am in the MTRC but right between Huntsville and Nashville. My daughter lives in Huntsville so im through there a lot Thanks

Anyone on the forums and family/friends are welcome. We do not charge a membership fee because it is usually about 20-30 people that just get together and hang out for a little bit.

Sometimes we do a demo or educational speaker which can be pretty neat and also have a few frags to swap and/or buy.

I know myself and Emery can't go the weekend of the 14-16.

Any idea for a host/venue? It's kinda hard to decide on the date without finding a host or a place to have it first.

Thanks Chris, I will keep checking back. Maybe ther meeting will fall on a weekend im off. Usually on Saturday or sunday?

The only weekend that doesn't work for us is the 14th - 17th.

We are willing to host again if needed.
