Feed Mode Time

Is a 60 minute feed time that much more advantageous than a 15 minute feed mode for corals?

I am considering switching my return pump for one with a longer feed time to allow the corals to catch more food/ammino acids. I am wondering if there is any benefit to it?

It depends on how much food stays in suspension. If it fall to the sand bed then it is of no use. I do not turn off my pumps to feed. I turn off the skimmer and remove the filter socks when feeding the corals. In a few hours the water clears and I turn them back on again.
