So I just set up my 32 gallon Biocube and loaded it with all kinds of wet live rock. This morning when I woke up and popped on the lights I saw a bunch of bristle worms crawling around the sand (which quickly crawled back into their live rock), some little pods swimming around, and some kind of tiny black snail.

So my question is won't all of these organisms die while my tank is cycling and then pollute the tank with nutrients?

Should I give them a tiny amount of food to sustain them until my tank is ready for fish?

Most hitchhikers will scavenge and find food as long as you have fish to feed
Hikari algae wafers are good supplements for most scavengers

Thing is I just set it up so it has no fish in it.
